My Practice
I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and completed my 200h Teacher Training at the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Centre in London in March 2018.
My personal yoga routine is practising when and how I want to – and what I want to. Practising yoga often is what reminds me of my true inner bliss and brings me joy and calmness through movement. I have no aspiration to go to extremes, but only to enjoy and feel good with my practise, and that is also what I teach.
Classes
Wednesday 6-7pm
I teach 6-7pm at Find Your Fitness, in Wigston.

Thursday 5.45-6.45pm
I teach a 1h hatha yoga on Thursday nights (5.45-6.45pm) for the De Montfort University Yoga Society,
