AcroYoga

Classes and workshops in Leicester

AcroYoga is an integration of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage that cultivates trust, playfulness and connection.

My practice

I am a certified Level 1 AcroYoga Teacher with AcroYoga International (October 2020, Berlin generation).

I discovered AcroYoga in 2013 in a park in Russia, and began teaching in Leicester because there was no one else teaching it locally. The practice builds strength, flexibility and body awareness — but the point is to grow comfortable with our abilities and bodies, and simply to find joy and play.
